Pebble Creek Sports Club is one-of-a-kind Pickleball and Tennis club in Hickory, NC. Enjoy the friendly, inclusive vibe alongside amenities and perks that come with our clubhouse!
After playing on our lighted outdoor courts, enjoy the amenities in our clubhouse including a pro shop, locker rooms, table tennis, and event space with a kitchen, bar, and big screen TV.
We fill a void in the community for a casual club with amenities… somewhere between a YMCA and a Country Club. Our clubhouse that fosters a sense of community and just the right amenities to provide that extra something special for pickleball and tennis enthusiasts.
Formerly a very active racquet and social club in Hickory, Pebble Creek fell into a state of disrepair for decades. Gary and Barbara Fulbright saw the potential and purchased the property in January, 2023. Envisioning a comfortable, friendly place for people to come together and enjoy playing and watching a variety of sports, they worked tirelessly to bring the Club back to life…

Our beautiful facility in NE Hickory has outdoor lighted TURF TENNIS COURTS and DEDICATED PICKLEBALL COURTS.
A “niche" club - the perfect blend between a YMCA and a Country Club.
The Tennis & Pickleball Courts are Great - That’s a Given!
But our clubhouse is also an integral part of Pebble Creek. Players enjoy the pro shop, ping pong courts, and locker rooms, as well as the spacious lounge area with TV, kitchen, and bar to enjoy potluck events.

No! Everyone’s welcome to play at Pebble Creek. Non-members simply pay a $10 drop-in fee each time they play.
If you plan to play once or twice a week, membership is your best deal though at $50/month, and members have the ability to reserve courts at no charge.

Fill out a Membership Application when you visit the Club, and provide payment when you submit your application.

Yes, please do! If you want to visit and check out the Club and facilities, just come and see us and we’ll be more than happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have. Contact us to set up a time (to ensure we can give you our full attention.)

Absolutely! Members can bring guests. Guests simply pay a drop-in fee.

Membership includes access to all facilities and events at Pebble Creek Sports Club, including the ability to reserve the pickleball courts, tennis courts, and racquetball courts. Members also enjoy the fitness center, locker rooms, and kitchen and lounge areas.
We have member events and lots of fun! Join our community and make a racquet with us!

Nope! Everyone’s welcome to visit our Pro Shop. We’re in the process of stocking it and plan to carry tennis, pickleball, and racquetball supplies including racquets, balls, grip wraps, etc.
We’ll also have cool merch like towels and clothing.

We have member committees to ensure we’re creating the type of club Hickory wants. We love our members to be involved… as much or as little as they want.
